How can I gain access to my Tucoemas Online Banking account?

new mobile app here and follow the instructions below for regaining access to your online banking account.

Will I be able to visit a Tucoemas branch to get my statements?
Yes, as long as we are open, all branches will be able to assist you with any statements needed.
Will I have to re-enroll in Apple/Google Pay?
Credit cards will need to be re-enrolled in Apple/Google Pay. Debit cards previously enrolled in Apple/Google Pay will transfer seamlessly and will not need to be re-enrolled.
What happened to my external transfers?
You will need to re-add your external transfers.
- Log-in to your online banking account.
- Click “Accounts”
- Click “Add external transfer.”
- Input the information needed to set up those accounts.
When can I make Zelle transfers?
Zelle is now available!
Why can't I see my credit cards on my online banking account?
Credit cards will not show in online banking until 02/26/24. To check your credit card balance please call (855) 368-2235.
How can I get my old statements?
Please stop by a branch and our tellers will happily assist you. Any statements you receive moving forward will be accessible through you online banking account.
What happened to my Tucoemas app?
We have a new and improved mobile app! Visit the App Store or Google Play to download our new Tucoemas app! Learn more here.
How do I set up BillPay?
On Tucoemas Online Banking platform, view the left-hand menu and click "payments", then click "BillPay". Once you are in BillPay you can view BillPay merchants previously added, or you can add new merchants.
