Our fraud system identified this attempt and responded accordingly by notifying you and opening a case;

Our team has responded quickly to address the root cause of this activity;

At this time, no losses have occurred, and no personal information was compromised.

We take your security very seriously and are taking all the measures necessary to ensure the continued safety of your financial resources.

Please be aware that you can continue to use your current VISA and do not need a new card.  Your personal information was not compromised. 

However, if you would like a new card, you may go to either of the follow branches to have one made:
