eTeller (home banking) & Bill Pay (bill payment) services
Welcome to the world of Personal Interactive Banking. Now, you can view your account balances as well as transfer funds to your TFCU checking, savings, loans, and credit card accounts. Moreover, you can pay your bills through the Internet in a secure environment using a secure web browser.
eTeller is the easiest, safest, and most convenient way to pay your bills, transfer funds and maintain your records. For maximum convenience, eTeller & Bill Pay is directly connected to TFCU's web site, providing easy access to your Tucoemas accounts.
To Access eTeller
If you have an audio response PIN, you can complete the Online Application and enroll yourself in this service. If you do not have an audio PIN, please visit any Membership Representative at one of our four branch locations.
To obtain Web access to your accounts, you must use a secure web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome. This will ensure a secure connection to our Web server, thus protecting your Credit Union account information.
We are happy to announce that eTeller Home Banking is offered to our members FREE of charge. If you use the PayIt services without enrolling in eStatement, a monthly fee of $5.00 will be assessed.
Bill pay is $5.00 a month without eStatement (Free for first 3 months).
Members may call or visit any TFCU branch's Member Services Department to obtain information about eTeller & Bill Pay transactions. All electronic transactions appear on member statements.
