eTeller (home banking) & Bill Pay (bill payment) services
Welcome to the world of Personal Interactive Banking. Now, you can view your account balances as well as transfer funds to your TFCU checking, savings, loans, and credit card accounts. Moreover, you can pay your bills through the Internet in a secure environment using a secure web browser.
eTeller is the easiest, safest, and most convenient way to pay your bills, transfer funds and maintain your records. For maximum convenience, eTeller & Bill Pay is directly connected to TFCU's web site, providing easy access to your Tucoemas accounts.
If you have an audio response PIN, you can complete the Online Application and enroll yourself in this service. If you do not have an audio PIN, please visit any Membership Representative at one of our four branch locations.
To obtain Web access to your accounts, you must use a secure web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Google Chrome. This will ensure a secure connection to our Web server, thus protecting your Credit Union account information.
We are happy to announce that eTeller Home Banking is offered to our members FREE of charge as long as you also enroll in estatement. Withouth estatement, a monthly fee of $5.00 will be charged.
Members may call or visit any TFCU branch's Member Services Department to obtain information about eTeller & Bill Pay transactions. All electronic transactions appear on member statements.

Think before you wire
Although wire transfers are fast and convenient, they are also irreversible. Once the money is received by the receiving party, you can not cancel the transaction. Read wiring safety tips from the Federal Trade Commission.

On payday, a portion of your paycheck can be sent automatically to TUCOEMAS for deposit into your account(s), as specified for loan payments or share accounts. The amount of the payroll deduction may be raised or lowered at any time.
How to Sign up?
Direct Deposit / Net Pay
If the place of employment offers this service, the whole paycheck (less taxes and other deductions) can be automatically deposited to your account at TFCU. Social Security and other types of benefit / pension checks are applicable.
The Check Card is similar to an ATM card, yet includes the purchasing power of VISA. You can use it at the ATM, just as you use an ATM card. In addition, you can use it instead of cash or checks to make purchases at any location displaying the VISA logo. The funds are simply deducted from your checking account.
To obtain an ATM card/Check Card, change your PIN, or for more information about a particular ATM location, visit any credit union Member Service Department at the TUCOEMAS branch nearest you or click on the link below to print a copy of the application.
Go to any of our four branches and pick up an ATM/Check Card application and return it to the Membership Services Department. Once approved, you will receive your card in approximately three weeks.
Funds Availability Policy
It is the policy of TUCOEMAS Federal Credit Union to delay the availability of funds deposited by check and certain other instruments. During the delay (hold period), funds will not be available for cash withdrawals or used to pay checks drawn on the account. The hold periods on checks are generally two (2) business days for "local" checks and five (5) business days for "non-local" checks.
